Given that BECMI came out in 1983, it should be no surprise that it is available from many sources as a PDF.

Or just go whole hog and get the Rules Cyclopedia
And you'll need some monsters, of course...
However... The good people over at the Internet Archive (my favorite place on the interwebs), have viewable copies of these books, as well some other BECMI goodies

So if you feel the need to save yourself twelve dollars (the price for Basic, Expert, Companion, Master, and Immortal rules, plus the Creature Catalogue as of 22-Jul-2022), you can look up the pdf's on the archive. Right now, it looks like all of the modules are selling for $3.74 as well, so not a bad deal for a totally legit copy - just sayin'.
