Monster Morale Saves
This H.R. allows Monster and Retainer morale checks to be rolled on d20
Roll a Morale check when…
► A monster is hit for the first time in battle
► A monster is down to ¼ starting HP
► When the first monster in a group is killed
► When half the monsters in a group cannot attack
If the d20 roll is equal to or greater than the value shown for the monster's morale, the monster will attempt to flee/surrender...

12......Will not run
